Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing at home.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your products in the original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the items are protected, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
